My husband is a craftsman by trade; he's owned Flowers Woodworking for over 10 years. For my wedding gift he custom built a solid Mahogany Chuppah frame. He built it to the size of our bed, so it later doubled as a canopy above it and a daily reminder of our commitment to each other.

At our ceremony, our Chuppah added such a rich feeling of tradition and class, that we thought other couples may desire the same touch of elegance on their special day. So, we recreated our Mahogany Frame, and added: The Birch Branch Arbor, The White Lattice Chuppah and Arch, and our newest Bamboo Canopy and so began H.E.C.
